But we must recommend you an Assyrtiko from the unique terroir of Egialia from vineyards at an altitude of 750 - 900 meters and the talented Theodora Rouvalis. An amazing wine that combines both the strict characteristics of the grape and the charming and fresh aromas that are favored by the high altitude and the influence of the sea. It is an expression of the variety that should be enjoyed by the fans of Assyrtiko but also by those who do not particularly like it because they will change their mind.

Wonderful combination of the popular Sauvignon Blanc with the rare Wash in a wine that pulsates with liveliness with fresh fruity aromas and flavors and irresistible taste. A wine from Crete that unlocks the gifts of both varieties, offering us endless moments of enjoyment.

Assyrtiko is very well expressed in the land of Laconia, producing a more extroverted lemonade but also a mildly floral character, while at the same time combining the high acidity and the earthy notes of the variety.
