The wine matures for 10 months in oak French barrels 300lt acquiring beautiful oak elements, which in combination with the fruity profile lead to an enjoyable and easy-to-drink red wine.

    Mavroudi, one of the oldest Greek varieties is since 1995 a field of study for the Tsantali family which recognizing its potential, revives the grapes in the Maronite vineyard. The Adamasto is a rare varietal expression of the variety with emphasis on red fruits, sweet spices and soft, almost velvety mouth.
