Complex in taste, with beautiful acidity, but also a soft, elegant sweetness at the end, Theodorakakos Estate Rosé is drunk on its own or ideally accompanies summer red sauces in beautiful light everyday dishes, as well as a cheese or fruit platter.

The 'sweetness' of Agiorgitiko highlights characteristic red fruits, such as sour cherry and black cherry in a very ripe version - almost jam. The barrel enhances the complexity, imparting aromas of vanilla and cocoa, while in the background, some hints of milk chocolate, mint and animal notes emerge. In the mouth, the acidity of the wine lends freshness, with the red fruit appearing less ripe and the barrel "dominating" the aftertaste.
