The Gentilini winery introduces us to the rare but dynamic duo of Kefalonia, made from the red Mavrodaphni and the white Vostylidi. Tied from the beginning of vinification and with a 12-month stay in a new American barrique, they offer us the finesse and complexity of the Kefalonian character.

Delicate dessert wine from Domaine ALFA. The combination Malagousia and Gewurztraminer gives excellent aromaticity, while the excellent terroir Amyndeo endows the wine with nice acidity.

If Pinot Noir was born and raised in cold, northern edge of the French vineyards (Burgundy, Alsace), then it is not surprising that Amyntaio has acclimated so well. The Pinot Noir Domaine Alpha is a modern, elegant wine with beautiful aromas and pronounced acidity. Fans of the famous Vourgoundezikis variety, but of good red wine, you should not fail to try.

Reminiscent of top white Bordeaux from Graves, Ovilos is an outstanding barrel-fermented blend of Semillon and Assyrtiko grapes, with layers of complexity, spicy fruitiness and long ageing potential.

Lawrence Hartman makes excellent white and red wines in the boutique winery in Amyntaio, but rightly bears the title of specialist in sparkling. The third series of the hit in the category of sparkling wines made with the traditional method, combines Assyrtiko and Xinomavro in proportion 60-40 and characterized by tremendous freshness, intensity and elegance.

The biggest greek and international competitions judge that Vinsanto is the "absolute star" of Greek sweet wines. This particularly well-crafted label perfectly combines the sweetness of overripe grapes with the acidity of Assyrtikos, giving us an elegant, complex and delightful sweet wine with a very long aging potential.

Haridimos Hatzidakis undoubtedly left his mark on Santorini, contributing significantly to its emergence as a very important wine-producing region. The winery's Vinsanto is an excellent limited production sweet wine with a good value for money. The ripening of the grapes and the careful vinification based on tradition give extra taste points to a wine that does not stop collecting awards in Greece and abroad.

In mountainous vineyards of Metsovo, the North Italian aromatic Traminer variety has found its second home. The Traminer Averof is fragrant, rich and interesting, and challenges us to open it up to accompany the most fragrant dishes.

Semeli is one of the most historic wineries of Nemea and the Grande Reserve is its most premium Agiorgitiko. Produced from the privately owned vines in Koutsi at an altitude of 650, it is aged for 18 months in new oak barrels and matures for at least 24 months in the bottle. A great aging Nemea that combines very nicely the ripe elements with the freshness of the fruit. The magnum bottle helps it develop more slowly over time, acquiring a particularly complex character.

We all know that Pinot Noir needs a cold climate and altitude to give appropriate. Understand that one of the vineyards with the highest altitude in Greece, the grape (and hence the wine) "paints"! Indulge in the elegance and you will not regret it.
