The white Assyrtiko and the red Xinomavro in a ratio of 60/40, ferment with the native yeasts and mature for a few months in oak barrels of 500 liters in the presence of the fine lees. Intense but at the same time elegant aroma that combines characteristics of both varieties.

Very elegant and delicious rosé wine from an original varietal composition, that of the mountainous Roditis with Cabernet Franc, which takes its name from the location Frangosykia where the traditional farmhouse of the Rouvalis family is located. The fruit that comes from vineyards at an altitude of 750 - 900 meters but also the stay for 3 months with its wine lees lead a very expressive and delicious wine that will highlight many dishes of Greek and international cuisine.

The cosmopolitan Syrah meets the rare red variety of the Valley of the Muses, Mouchtaro, in a very charming and value for money rosé expression. The pleasant aromas of dark fruits that dominate in combination with the liveliness and the luscious taste make it an ideal wine for all hours of the day and all seasons.

For those who find complex, alcoholic, red wines 'tiring', Spyropoulos' Orino (mountainous) will delight with its relatively light body and pleasant fruity character. The season of the year does not play a role in this wine, since it is easy to drink both in the summer, when the temperatures hit 'red', but also in the winter, when its blend of Syrah-Agiortiko takes on the task of 'warming' you up.
