George Gavalas next to Assyrtiko devotes much of his effort to reviving forgotten varieties of the Thera vineyard that in the last century exceeded 100 on the island of Santorini. One of them, Voudomato offers a rare rosé wine with distinctive fruity characteristics, cool acidity and mineral elements in the nose and mouth.

Fokiano is one of the oldest varieties found mainly in the Dodecanese and the islands of the northern Aegean. Here we have a rosy expression of this red variety from Lipsi, which have entered the wine map in recent years thanks to the efforts of the only winery on the island, the Lipsi winery. Agiorgitiko combines beautifully with Merlot, giving a very pleasant rosé wine with plenty of red fruit and flower aromas and characteristic freshness.
