Its color is light lemon. Its aroma is full of life with fresh green fruits such as apple and pear, citrus, peach and essential notes of white flowers. In the mouth it is relatively rich in acidity that gives incredible freshness, the flavors of the fruit dominate, some soft notes of vanilla make their appearance while its aftertaste is long.

One of the best-perhaps the MALAGOUZIA top Malagouzia of 2010 - and one of the top Greek whites. Pale yellow in color with gray sheens, with an impressive composition apple, pear, citrus and rose clinging perfectly to give a heady whole, full of flavor and perfectly peppery acidity that develops into lemony, refreshing aftertaste, is the perfect aperitif for all hours but ideally combined with many dishes.

Vivid acidity, lemon fragrances and mineral elements. With the most affordable Asyrtiko of Santorini costing almost double the price, this wine is excellent value for money.

Santorini Familia Hatzidakis, with its lemony, mineral, yet friendly character, faithfully captures the inexhaustible dynamic of the Santorini Terroir, which is why it is one of the most beloved labels produced on the island. Rare wine from the Argyrou Estate produced from strictly selected Assyrtiko vineyards over 150 years old that are cultivated in the area of ​​Pyrgos according to the principles of biodynamic cultivation. The few bottles are released to the market after having matured for a few years in the winery. 25% of wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels and the remaining percentage for at least 30 months on its fine lees. A wine with excellent structure and enormous potential for development that is expected to redefine the Assyrtiko of Santorini.
