Another excellent 'interpretation' of the great Xinomavro winery Kir-Yianni that highlights all the different 'faces' of the vibrant variety. Cerise color, persistent bubbles, red fruit character, freshness and off dry character that will surely seduce you.

We know that Xinomavro in Amyndeo can give refreshing and very pleasant rosé wines, let alone when it bears the signature of the Estate Kir-Yianni. Here we have the second tranquil and dry rosé wine from the Estate, where excellent grapes from old vineyards at an altitude of 600 meters are selected for its production.

Having 'understand' fully Xinomavro, the next step for the Kir-Yianni winery seems to be exploring and celebrating diversity through the different available 'terroirs'. The Good Root is not another 'Ramnista', but one different from old vines Xinomavro Amyntaio, more lightweight body, plenty of data for a variety of fruit, less tannin and more 'finesse' rather than 'power'.
