Rather than straight through the back door, we would say that the land of the Bible country still makes a statement of quality with White Sideways 2010. The nice blend and about ochtamini stay in oak barrels, will captivate all those who love their wine to have 'xirokarpati' and vanilati flavor and aromas.

Elegant "barrel-style" white wine, from Assyrtiko and Chardonnay, two varieties that acquire a particularly complex character from the vinification and aging in acacia barrels. Asyrtiko makes wonders not only in the volcanic soils of Santorini, but also in cold areas such as Amynteo and at high altitudes. In 2004, Kyri Yianni Estate planted Asyrtiko on the hill of Samaropetra at an altitude of 700 meters and the result justifies that decision! An excellent wine and worthy of the reputation of the variety, kneading into new oak barrels where it remains for maturing for 8 months, acquiring a very complex character.
