Malagousia is now the personification of the way Greek producers are rediscovering their roots. Evangelos Gerovasilliou is credited with its renaissance and the estate’s Malagousia is a benchmark style, round, soft and supple, with ethereal floral and fruity aromas, coupled with oaky undertones. More like a great Condrieu from Northern Rhone.

At the Navitas winery, from the very first steps, they have managed to create a wonderful Malagouzia that takes the variety to another level. A wine with a refreshing but at the same time elegant aroma, with a pronounced acidity that refreshes and with a very nice harmonious aftertaste. Its color is glowing lemon green. Its aroma is both complex and elegant, with citrus fruits, kernels of fruit and white flowers embraced by mineral notes. It is very tasty in the mouth, with refreshing acidity and plenty of oiliness, with some herbal elements to make it appear and with a long fruity aftertaste. It is a wine that could evolve for at least 2-3 years.
