The Gentilini winery introduces us to the rare but dynamic duo of Kefalonia, made from the red Mavrodaphni and the white Vostylidi. Tied from the beginning of vinification and with a 12-month stay in a new American barrique, they offer us the finesse and complexity of the Kefalonian character.

The more 'sophisticated' of the white wines made by the hands of Apostolos Mountrichas comes to an exclusive use by House of Wine. The 'Slopes of Eagles' is an original blend of Malagouzia and Sauvignon Blanc, that showcases great finesse and elegance from both varieties. Two of the most important varieties in the country, are combined and bring to our glasses a very enjoyable and special organic rosé wine of limited production. The white Assyrtiko and the red Xinomavro in a ratio of 60/40, ferment with the native yeasts and mature for a few months in oak barrels of 500 liters in the presence of the fine lees. Intense but at the same time elegant aroma that combines characteristics of both varieties.

When Agiorgitiko meets Syrah and Grenache Rouge, the fruit comes from old vineyards, the work done in the vineyards is meticulous and the care in the winery is zealous, then we are definitely talking about an excellent rosé wine.
