Hetero Wines, created by Maria Tamiolaki and Dimitris Mansolas, describes its effort as ‘Gypsy Winemaking’, ie it produces wines in different regions of Greece that have been selected for their uniqueness and wine value. Here we have an amazing Assyrtiko from vineyards that are organically grown in Domokos, which ferments with the native yeasts, remains for 5 months with its fine lees as 50% of the wine enters oak barrels of second use. It very nicely combines the austerity of the variety with its friendliest characteristics when grown outside Santorini.

The most 'Italian' of the Greek producers, grapples with the Italian Nebbiolo north, giving an interesting expression of the variety, away from home. The variety keeps the light color, character wild cherry and plum and high acidity in combination with the 'pousarismenes' tannins give the wine a compact-tight structure.

Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

A fine Greek red wine varietal of Merlot that has aged in French barrels for 14 months. A wine with deep red color, aromas of plum, chocolate, vanilla. In the mouth is distinguished for its rich body and the particular aftertaste. impresses by its elegance and spicy flavor. Can develop nicely in the bottle for some time yet.

The most popular international red varieties are successfully combined and matured for 12 months in small, oak, French barrels. The result is a delightful, rounded red wine with aromatic complexity and rich taste.

Apostolos Thymiopoulos is one of the most important Greek producers of the new generation! They are among those that have opened new horizons for Naoussa's Xinomavro. But it could not stay within the boundaries of a particular region. After his successful 'landing' in Santorini, he attempts to 'conquer' Rapsani. Tasting this complex and multi-faceted wine, one of the finer vineyards in the area, where Xinomavro occupies about 50%, we can already conclude!
