Pale gold color with greenish tints and weak bubbles. Round aromas on the nose. Apricot, floral, citrus, apple, pear jam and sweet orange. Soft in the mouth with its sweetness and to outperform dioxide is quite impossible. Pretty good, fruity aftertaste. It can be eaten as a dessert itself, to accompany salads or desserts creamy (without chocolate).
