Muchtaro is a rare red variety from the region of Central Greece and owes its existence to the Domaine Muses from Askri Thebes. This is the only Mouchtaro varietal wine in the world, and it is fruity, soft and 'serious' at the same time, proving that the variety has potential and is expected to give much more in the future.

The color of the wine is bright ruby. The maturation of part of the wine in clay amphorae has highlighted very nicely the intensity of the fruit and the freshness of the wine that has been beautifully embraced by the very discreet elements of the oak from the part of the wine that matured for 12 months in French first use oak barrels. Its aroma betrays the variety, with the dense black fruit, the botany and the pepper, while the tannins, although still quite fresh, are silky.
