    The 'spicy' Syrah, the 'juicy' Merlot and a little of our own 'wild' Xinomavro, a blend of Claudia Papagianni red. The result is exuberant and complex but also having 'finesse'. A wine that will stand beside ideals in various meats and their cooking techniques.

    Giannakohori is now history and the history of this great Greek wine continues through the label Kir -Yianni 2012. With a slightly different blend once more in the blend has been added and the Syrah, the new red plot is a worthy successor of the historic label with dense fruit , robust but ripe tannins and long finish .

    Manos Markovitis who holds the reins of the eponymous winery carries heavy history on his shoulders, that of Chateau Pegasus one of the first wineries in Naoussa. Mark focuses on Xinomavro and the emergence of having solid foundations but putting his own stamp producing only this label style that oscillates between traditional and modern Naoussa. It places particular emphasis on land, leaving it to 'do' the job without many interventions utilizing family vineyard is certified organic vineyard since 1992, long before familiar with this concept.
