Charming Mavrodafni that comes from the Iris vineyard and its particularly low and high quality yields. After a tender vinification, pressed in a corkscrew and without the influence of oak, clarifications and filtering, it gives us one of the purest and most delicious expressions of the variety on the market.

Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

Nikos Lazaridis knows how to deliver "in Greek" the Borntoleziki approach to red wine as few. Red Chateau Nico Lazaridi is a wine with depth and elegance, but also proper tannic structure that allows it to stand next to gourmet meats-centric dishes with ease.
