Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

Agiorgitiko, Juicy, with very nice cherry fruit and charming elements of french oak, from the organically grown privately owned vines of the Spyropoulos Estate in Ancient Nemea. Ripe and soft, it can stand on our table next to all white and red meat dishes, but also to accompany a variety of cured meats and cheeses.

Named after the daughter of producer Alexandra Manousakis, and invites us to open it up to accompany everyday kreatofagikous appetizers with friends.

Everyday red wine that brings a Bordeaux-type approach closer to Greek cuisine. Easy and pleasant, good company makes with the normal eaters dishes of Greek cuisine.

Βig and broad red wine based on typical Bordeaux varieties with the important contribution of Agiorgitiko. With a medium body and a good balance of acidity and tannins, it accompanies a variety of cheeses and red meat dishes.
