    Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

    Agiorgitiko, Juicy, with very nice cherry fruit and charming elements of french oak, from the organically grown privately owned vines of the Spyropoulos Estate in Ancient Nemea. Ripe and soft, it can stand on our table next to all white and red meat dishes, but also to accompany a variety of cured meats and cheeses.
