The relatively difficult to varietal wine Kotsifali here gives us an excellent and award winning wine red with sheens, aromas of red fruit and jam, subtle tannins and good acidity, rich but gentle flavor and good taste.

Markou family, apart from Attica, also owns vineyards in Nemea, where they cultivate by investing in very low per acre yields from which they produce very fine red wines with an emphasis on Agiorgitiko. Very interesting blend of the Cretan varieties Kotsifali, Liatiko with international Merlot from Silva Daskalakis winery. Ripe aromas of cherry and sour cherry nose almost form jam lead to a rich mouth with soft tannins. Without having the intensity of Instinct, Psithiros gives enjoyment and an excellent value for money.

The epitome of elegance in a balanced whole in which the 'fruit', ideally meets the barrel, alcohol balanced with acidity that freshens and high quality tannins, 'caress' mouth. The Tsapournakos, belongs to the family of Cabernet Franc and has the 'race' and the elegance of this very great variety.
