Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit. -

Tsigelo is called the highest quality clone of Mavrodafni and here we have an exceptional dry expression of the variety of vineyards at an altitude of 650 meters. The wine that has matured for a few months in handmade clay amphorae, is distinguished for its freshness, the purity of the fruit and the gentle tannins.
