One of the few expressions of Pinot Noir in the Greek vineyard, with plenty of fruit, noticeable acidity and silky tannins. Vasiliki Akriotou takes fruit from mountain vineyards in Egialia and creates a very nice and versatile wine that brings all the charm of this great grape.

Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

Ο Κωστής Δαλαμάρας ένας από τους χαρισματικότερους οινοποιούς υπογράφει μία υπέροχη Νάουσα που συνδυάζει το παραδοσιακό με το μοντέρνο. Το Οινοποιείο Δαλαμάρα, με ρίζες από το 1840 στη Νάουσα, είναι συνώνυμο του Ξινόμαυρου. Η σύγχρονη προσέγγιση της ποικιλίας βγάζει μπροστά το φρούτο επιτρέποντας στο κρασί να είναι εξαιρετικά 'φιλικό' στους καταναλωτές.
