    Rare wine from a relatively unknown Designation of Origin of our country, the PDO Messenikola in Karditsa, produced from the combination of the variety Black Mesenikola with Syrah and Carignan. It is distinguished for its extroverted aroma that refers to red fruits and flowers, its soft tannins and its harmonious aftertaste.

    Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts. The tannic character of Xinomavro is tamed with just 8% Assyrtiko, with the acidity of both varieties being at high levels, while at the same time the wine impresses with the intensity and freshness of the fruit.

    Mus is the third wine in the minimus series of Chloe Hadjivaryti produced with 'natural approaches'. The young winemaker is constantly experimenting and offers us wines of minimal interventions with a strong personality. Here we have a wine with characteristic freshness and fruit depth of 100% Xinomavro from the vineyard of Filiria in Goumenissa that is organically cultivated, fermented with native yeasts and matures for 4 months in oak barrels. If you want to enter the world of 'natural wines' this is a great start!
