Bright reddish color with bright purple hues. Good intensity aromas of cherry, violets, roses. Tasting achieved unique balance between the sweet sensation (the grape sugars) and fine pearl dioxide (produced by alcoholic fermentation). The perfume is also strong oral and fruity leaving position in freshness. It can be eaten as a dessert itself, to accompany salads or creamy desserts.

Dark amber in color with brown hues and aromatic intensity of a sweet fruit bouquet with a strong presence figs. The complexity of the aromas and flavors typical of this unique wine. Two friends, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, create the Lipson winery in order to revive the local red variety Fokiano, which is famous for its ability to produce extremely sweet wines. This sweet wine is produced ‘as before’ by sun-drying the overripe grapes with the wine then maturing in oak barrels for at least two years acquiring a complex character. Great dessert wine with very good value for money.

It is known that Syrah is the favorite and multi-awarded variety of Avantis Estate. For the sweet Princess, the most mountainous part of the vineyard was used with a particularly costly and difficult vinification method. Towards the end of the grape harvest, the harvesters pass by and slightly crush the stems of the grapes, causing them to gradually overconcentrate sugars and flavour! A Syrah in the superlative degree. Place it next to a Black Forest cake or a rich bitter chocolate for an unforgettable experience.
