The versatile Agiorgitiko in an expression full of freshness and lively fruit that matures only in stainless steel tanks without the influence of the barrel. It is a pleasant and very friendly wine, with soft tannins that is made to be enjoyed fresh, next to all Mediterranean dishes.

Theodora Rouvali, second generation of the Rouvali winery has taken over the reins and creates wonderful wines with a focus on highlighting the terroir of Egialia. Tsigelo is called the highest quality clone of Mavrodafni and here we have an exceptional dry expression of the variety of vineyards at an altitude of 650 meters. The wine that has matured for a few months in handmade clay amphorae, is distinguished for its freshness, the purity of the fruit and the gentle tannins. It is a red wine that can easily accompany fish dishes.
