Agiorgitiko combines beautifully with Merlot, giving a very pleasant rosé wine with plenty of red fruit and flower aromas and characteristic freshness. Syrah and Agiorgitiko, which come from the privately owned vineyards of the Pavlidis Estate in Drama, are wonderfully married to a rosé wine that pulsates with liveliness and fresh fruit. A wine ideal both for the summer months and for winter occasional nights.

Grenache Rouge, Syrah and Agiorgitiko varieties make up the first rosé of the highly promising Akrathos winery which, as another orator, eloquently speaks of Halkidiki's dynamism in delectable rosés. Rich in fruit aromas, elegant with cool acidity, able to be combined with both Mediterranean recipes and international cuisines.
