Fresh expression of the rare Mavrokountoura bottled in Plagies Gerakion rose. It is best described as nuanced and dense aromatically with very crisp, fresh red fruit both on the nose and palate. Dried meditteranean herbs keep us intrigued as the refreshing acidity keeps the flavours in high spirit through a delightful finish.

Karipidis family invests in international varieties producing very beautiful expressions of the most famous grapes. One of them is the Tuscan Sangiovese grown in the family's organic vineyards in Thessaly, giving us a rosé with a color and style that winks at Provence.

Two Greek varieties, Assyrtiko and Agiorgitiko correspond to four ways of winemaking. Lantides Estate enlists oak barrels, ceramic amphorae, concrete and stainless steel tanks and transforms ERGO rosé into a gastronomic, complex wine that promises attractive aromas and a rich palate.

George Karamitros, using the Charmat method, creates an unusual rosé sparkling wine from the rare Limniona variety in its special homeland, Karditsa. As a variety, it demonstrates aristocratic elegance in mild rosé and red wines. The same happens in a sparkling wine with a distinct grace that is capable of converting and proving the opposite to any "snob" of wine.

Two of the most important varieties in the country, are combined and bring to our glasses a very enjoyable and special organic rosé wine of limited production. The white Assyrtiko and the red Xinomavro in a ratio of 60/40, ferment with the native yeasts and mature for a few months in oak barrels of 500 liters in the presence of the fine lees. Intense but at the same time elegant aroma that combines characteristics of both varieties.

One of the few rosé labels based Moschofilero, this wine stands out for its aromaticity and freshness. This year's wine contains a "drop" Agiorgitiko, and this gives it a more "serious" dimension, but it deprives the playful, floral character.

When Agiorgitiko meets Syrah and Grenache Rouge, the fruit comes from old vineyards, the work done in the vineyards is meticulous and the care in the winery is zealous, then we are definitely talking about an excellent rosé wine.

Agiorgitiko is proven to produce irresistible rosé wines! And when it comes from mountain vineyards found in the mountainous Corinthia and bears the signature of Strofilia, then we are definitely talking about a rosé that steals the show. Cool, mind-blowing but at the same time elegant rosé that 'travels'.

Limniona and Syrah combine very nicely in a rich rosé wine with aromas of dark fruits and soft tannins. A culinary versatile rosé, with a modern look that can stand next to complex dishes from the cuisines of the world.

Those who are not yet convinced that Xinomavro, apart from exceptional red wines, also gives us great rosé wines, should try the "Dianthos", bearing the signature of the Boutari winery, a company that has tied its name with Naoussa and the most important red variety of Northern Greece. The myth says that Dianthos is the flower created by Zeus because he envied the lily, the flower of Hera. Elegant, vivid but also modern, Boutari's flower gives us endless moments of enjoyment.

George Gavalas next to Assyrtiko devotes much of his effort to reviving forgotten varieties of the Thera vineyard that in the last century exceeded 100 on the island of Santorini. One of them, Voudomato offers a rare rosé wine with distinctive fruity characteristics, cool acidity and mineral elements in the nose and mouth.
