    Dry, Still, Orange, Assyrtiko, Keep for 2-3 years
    Its color is light orange with some pink shades. Its aroma is complex with ripe citrus fruits such as citrus and grapefruit, but also orange peels to dominate and be followed by notes of honey, peach and almond. Its taste is rich, with some subtle tannins, acidity that cools and gives nerve, and long aftertaste.

    Two friends, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, create the Lipson winery in order to revive the local red variety Fokiano, which is famous for its ability to produce extremely sweet wines. This sweet wine is produced ‘as before’ by sun-drying the overripe grapes with the wine then maturing in oak barrels for at least two years acquiring a complex character. Great dessert wine with very good value for money.

    The terroir of Santorini is present in all the varieties of the island! The wonderful Katsano of Giorgos Gavalas, a multi-year and persistent effort of the winemaker has given the wine of the same name a wonderful yellow color, aromas of honey and lemon but also of apricot, matching acidity and a long, very pleasant aftertaste.
