Pleasant, fruity wine with soft tannins from Crete and the Kotsifali variety, which has been produced without the addition of sulphite. A highly Mediterranean red wine that offers pleasure in winter and summer alongside dishes from all cuisines of the world. Even those based on fish or vegetables.
Its color is medium ruby. Its aroma is flooded with red fruits such as cherry and strawberry jam along with some hints of spices and herbs. Its taste is relatively light with soft tannins, refreshing acidity and a pleasant fruity aftertaste. It is one of the reds that are very pleasant to drink chilled.
