It has the name and it also has the grace to "bite" and excite in taste. AGATHOTO is an impressive 100% Xinomavro single vineyard rosé from young vines in Gastra Naoussa. Mediterranean, extroverted aromatically and able to combine a wide range of recipes due to the 12-month stay in 2-ton barrels.
Light salmon color with bright golden highlights in the glass. The nose betrays the variety with aromas of tomato and olive, lavender and raspberry next to the vanilla effect of oak. Mouth ripe and at the same time aromatically refreshing with a mild sense of tannins and delightfully present acidity.
