Grenache Rouge, Syrah and Agiorgitiko varieties make up the first rosé of the highly promising Akrathos winery which, as another orator, eloquently speaks of Halkidiki's dynamism in delectable rosés. Rich in fruit aromas, elegant with cool acidity, able to be combined with both Mediterranean recipes and international cuisines.
The bright, crystal salmon color face prepares us for a richness of fruit, with the nose and mouth confirming that this is no deception. Red cherry, plum, strawberry and sanguine immediately win the senses, while a note of mint and juicy acidity especially refreshes the whole. The aftertaste lasts and lets the aromas linger on the palate.
