With 'henchman' the Vidiano, Crete emerging as wine region with great interest. If you consider that even now beginning to explore the limits of the unknown variety, the future looks bright. Already Dafnios is a fantastic demonstration of the abilities of the grape flavored with excellent depth and concentration in the mouth, generously offered at an incredibly low price.
Yellow limits of gold, while the nose is fully developed aromatic, with mellow fruity character reminiscent of jam lemon, bergamot and hints of tropical mango. In the background display several botanical cues that bring to mind chamomile tea and maybe some flowers and jasmine vegetativeness. Dry mouth, the acidity is balanced perfectly oiliness and thickness of wine and the finish to impress with the course and its rich sensation that leaves the mouth. A real treasure Wine with top value for money.
