An amazing expression of Savatiano from old vines in the area of Plataea in Boeotia. The juice of the grapes ferments with the wild yeasts and gives a complex culinary wine with concentrated fruit, fatty taste and harmonious acidity that is very suitable for the dishes of the Greek cuisine and not only.
Its color is lemon green. Its aroma is dominated by fruits such as peach, citrus and orange, with some hints of herbs and white flowers. Its flavor is relatively rich with acidity that brings balance and a fatty lingering aftertaste. It is one of the Savatiano wines that have the structure to evolve for a few years in the bottle.
