Apostolos Thymiopoulos is one of the most important Greek producers of the new generation! They are among those that have opened new horizons for Naoussa's Xinomavro. But it could not stay within the boundaries of a particular region. After his successful 'landing' in Santorini, he attempts to 'conquer' Rapsani. Tasting this complex and multi-faceted wine, one of the finer vineyards in the area, where Xinomavro occupies about 50%, we can already conclude!

Just nu kind of wine!So great fruity nose, with lots of red berries, earth, plum and acid.
The taste is just as great, with a powerfull red fruit, licorice and earthy notes, with great avis and tannin.
Very harmonic wine, and so fantastic powerfull fruit, together with an perfekt acidity
