Assyrtiko of Santorini in a wonderful sparkling version that fascinates with its crisp acidity, elegant bubbles, lemony aromas and biscuity aftertaste. A multifaceted sparkling wine that reveals another great possibility of Assyrtiko. Ideal as an aperitif but can accompany many fine dishes of the Mediterranean - and not only - cuisine!
Its color is bright lemon green with some golden highlights. Its aroma is flooded with citrus fruits such as lemon and citron, brioche, biscuit and some mineral touches. On the palate it has nerve and persistent bubbles, noticeable acidity and a long aftertaste dominated by the yeast elements from the second fermentation in the bottle.
