The Efrosyne Winery gladdens hearts with an excellent white that perfectly successfully marries Vidiano with Chardonnay. The varieties are typically expressed and coexist in perfect harmony maturing for 6 months in French oak barrels. The result is an excellent, rich white with a pleasant aromatic character and full flavor. The wine takes its name from the wisdom (Sophia) needed to produce a quality wine.
Bright golden yellow face that suggests an expressive and rich nose. Aromas of ripe peach, caramelized apple and bergamot peel stand out. The presence of the barrel is subtly felt by the vanilla and freshly toasted bread while the cool acidity rests the rich body and the long delightful aftertaste.
