Agiorgitiko is a red variety connected with the red and rosé dry wines from the region of Nemea. Here we see it in a different and very interesting role, that of a rosé sparkling wine produced by the 'traditional method', ie the method used in Champagne. Its color is rosy with orange highlights. The refined aromas reminiscent of red fruits like cherry and sour cherry and yeast. Persistent and gentle bubbles in the mouth, the acidity gives freshness and minimal sugars lead to a pleasant long finish. A wine that can accompany many dishes, consumed as an aperitif and to accompany our festive moments.
