In the mouth is dry with acidity that refreshes and stay on lees adds volume and oily character with aromas of yeast in the mouth. Equally balanced barrel in the mouth, ripe fruit aftertaste and medium term. Ready to drink but can remain in the bottle for at least the next 3 years.

A bright-yellow Chardonnay vinified in the traditional manner with white wine at low temperatures, enriched with many months of lees stirring by hand, both the tank and the barrel. Bright, pale yellow with golden highlights. The nose straw whitefish peach, pineapple, lemon, vanilla and toasted bread. In the mouth fresh, clean, oily fruity epigefsi.
