Palyvos Estate tackles Kydonitsa giving a new dynamic and predictably enjoyable dimension to the variety. The use of native yeasts, the excellent fruit of selected vineyards and the soft touch of oak from the 4-month stay of the wine in french and american barrels gives a wine ready for all taste matchings.
Bright and light yellow colour that suggests an elegant extroverted nose. Aromas of citrus such as lemon and grapefruit, peach and unripe pear alongside blossom honey, butterscotch and oak notes. In the mouth, the fatty texture balances playfully the acidity until the end.
