This unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced exclusively from olive trees of the Koroneiki variety, up to 100 years old, in the small mountain village of Ancient Skiluntia in Olympia. The olives are harvested by hand, when green and not fully ripe, in mid-October and pressed only with mechanical methods at low temperatures within a few hours of harvest. The result is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Superior Quality with a vivid green color, unique aromas of freshly cut grass, pleasantly bitter notes and a long aftertaste. The limited quantity Extra Virgin Olive Oil "ena ena Green Harvest" is a unique olive oil, with low acidity and excellent organoleptic characteristics, while the high content of polyphenols and other antioxidants make it extremely beneficial for health.
