Elegant "barrel-style" white wine, from Assyrtiko and Chardonnay, two varieties that acquire a particularly complex character from the vinification and aging in acacia barrels. The wine is signed by two renowned oenologists, Andreas Pantos and Pavlos Argyropoulos, who create excellent wines in Kolindros of Pieria, an emerging 'wine' region.

Details

Its color is deep lemon. Aromas of fresh citrus fruits, citrus peels, ripe exotic fruits, hints of nuts, butter and vanilla create a wonderful aromatic bouquet. Its taste is rich and fatty with noticeable acidity, very well integrated elements of acacia and a long buttery aftertaste. It is certainly one of the whites worth forgetting in our cellar for a few years as it has the potential to evolve.
