It is known that Syrah is the favorite and multi-awarded variety of Avantis Estate. For the sweet Princess, the most mountainous part of the vineyard was used with a particularly costly and difficult vinification method. Towards the end of the grape harvest, the harvesters pass by and slightly crush the stems of the grapes, causing them to gradually overconcentrate sugars and flavour! A Syrah in the superlative degree. Place it next to a Black Forest cake or a rich bitter chocolate for an unforgettable experience.
Opaque color deep and impenetrable like a red-black syrup! On the nose a whole forest of red and black fruits with enormous complexity. In the mouth, incredible concentration, fruit, vanilla, roasted nuts, moderate sweetness and impressive acidity with an endless aftertaste!
