Thanasis Parparousis offers us another rosé, after the rare Sideritis. This time a cosmopolitan variety, the robust Cabernet Sauvignon in a different role than we are used to. Playful, fruity and with noticeable sweetness comes to stimulate the senses!
Its color is soft and acrobats between this onion skin and the orange of the Lotus. Its nose is elegant, without monopolizing aromas but with melon, mango, almond and citrus blossoms creating a particularly harmonious wine. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, with the high acidity bringing balance. Its flavors are again reminiscent of fruits, with more intense reds such as strawberry and citrus peels, while a delightful sweet aftertaste remains.
