Dry, Red, Mantilaria, Monemvasia, Keep for 2-3 years
PDO Paros is the only Protected Designation of Origin zone, where red and white grapes can be mixed to produce red wines. The exuberant Mandilaria, grown in the barren vineyards of the island, is blended and tainted by the white Monemvasia, in a very cool and juicy red wine, with velvety tannins and very good value for money.
Its color is deep purple. Its aroma is lively, with fresh fruit flavors such as raspberry and plum, herbs and distinctive notes of vanilla and pepper. In the mouth it is polite and easy, with fruits dominating and appearing more mature and a chocolate aftertaste to leave the best impression.
