A small discovery, a wine of limited production fermented with the indigenous yeasts that surround the winery. A very impressive Syrah which has the character of black fruits, spicy spices and lavender. A remarkable effort by an up-and-coming producer from Evia who always speaks through his work.
Vivid purple color, with narrow meniscus. Complex aromatic on the nose with black fruit, spicy hints and a lavender-like blossom. In the mouth it has volume, generous alcohol and mature-fine-grained tannins of very good quality. The aftertaste is long and complex, while the stay of the wine in your cellar for a few more years will give it even more expressiveness.
