The vineyards on the plateau of Stymfalia in mountainous Corinth give amazing fruit and an exuberant wine, where Agiorgitiko puts its extroversion and fruity character and Cabernet Sauvignon the strength and structure. The wine matures for several months in oak barrels and having acquired extra complexity comes to our table to take off any meat-eating meal. But it is also one of the wines that can evolve in the bottle for years and reward us for our patience.

A solid blend of Agiorgitiko and Syrah, with the signature of Sotiris Aivalis, the new generation of the Aivalis winery. The very low acreage yields and the excellent use of the barrel combined with the long stay in it, lead to a wine that should be tasted by all lovers of exuberant red wines.
