The estate produced wines when Papaioannou pioneered the variety Pinot Noir in Greece. Some years later, with weapons experience and preference of the world, Pinot Noir still fanatically sought. The label has some basic characteristics of the variety, such as the not so deep color and light body, with a more "Mediterranean" twist though, which makes it very hot and spicy.
