An amazing expression of Xinomavros that nods to the traditional side of Naoussa wines with noticeable tannins, acidity and complexity based on the variety's varietal botanicals and oak. A culinary wine that can evolve beautifully over time, decorating your cellar.
Its color is soft grenache with many orange highlights. Its aroma is flooded with tomato and olive, fruits such as plum and cherry as well as vanilla aromas from its 18-month maturation in oak barrels. On the palate, the high level of tannins gives a sense of richness, its acidity is noticeable and its aftertaste particularly long.
