Crystalline expression of Santorini's Assyrtikos with power, finesse, nerve and a lemony profile produced from old vineyards. A wine worthy of the history of the Santorini vineyard that already counts 34 centuries of uninterrupted viticulture. The ultimate wine for fine seafood.
Bright lemon green color. Its aroma is flooded with citrus fruits dominated by lemon and citron, which are embraced by earthy mineral notes. The wine matures for a few months on the lees, gaining oiliness, while a small part matures in oak barrels, gaining even more complexity. The aftertaste is long and lemony with a hint of saltiness. It has the structure to evolve for at least a decade.
