| Producer's Description | Varietal Composition: Sauvignon Blanc 100% Location: "Children" & "Alpheus" growing zone Amynteon. Vineyard: Linear 650 acres of vineyards at an altitude of 620-710 m Territory: Sandy - sandy clay soil with excellent drainage. Climate: Pretty cool year without special high temperatures and low rainfall ranges at normal levels for the region. Sufficiently large biological cycle maturation on the vine. Performance: 680 lbs / acre Vinification: Skin contact extraction controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, maintenance of wine for 3 months on lees with regular stirring. Tasting notes: Crystal and glowing with a pale yellow color with greenish tinges. Intense nose and rich, typical of the variety, aromas, citrus, passion fruit, lychee and melon with a sweet tinge. On the palate it is quite full, HSD, greasy, with excellent balance, freshness and finesse. Lively aftertaste that contributes to the long stay of perfumes.
