Its color is light green lemon. Its aromas are citrusy with an emphasis on lemon, grapefruit and orange peel, followed by notes of peach and pear and at the end come some notes of mineral and tea. The mouth is very complex and balanced with its acidity being very high, the minerals being intense and the aftertaste being lemonade. It is one of the wines that can evolve for at least a decade.
The vineyard of the diocese, from which the grapes for this rare wine originate, is the oldest of Santorini. The privately owned vineyards of the Silver Estate, called Monsignori, are over 200 years old, plowed with mules and the fruit they give expresses in a unique way the island's terroir. The sharp acidity, lemonade profile and wonderful mineral character make it one of the island's top wines. On the label we see the old cannabis of the Argyros family from 1800.

|Producer's Description||Near the beginning of the last decade of the last century, began to take shape in Santorini always Oinochori rooms a new type of dry white wine. Result of the latest knowledge and technology, the Estate Argyros was one of the first genuine exponents of this new tasis.
Features: b> Colour yellow with green highlights. Good intensity minutes, politely and relatively complex aromas reminiscent of minerals, lemon and citrus blossoms. Full-bodied, round, crisp and sparkling acidity that gives nerve and good epigefsi.
Vinification: b> Classic white vinification. 20% aged for 6 months in French oak barrels of 500 l.
Ethanol: b> 13.0% vol.

Serving: b> Harmonically a variety of dishes. We recommend lamb in vine leaves or fish ala spetsiota. Also delicacies like Santorini fava beans, fresh cheese and tomato.
