Vinification: The fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels with a capacity of 228 lt. Remains on for maturation for 8 months in contact with the lees, stirring occasionally applying (technical bâtonnage) gaining in complexity and richness fragrances. Tasting Notes: Bright, golden yellow color. Enchanting and aromatic multilayered ensemble dominated by the presence of noble wood.
